Eligibility Criteria
Simple requirements — we care more about attitude than credentials.

B.E./B.Tech Student
ECE, CSE, IT or related branch. Diploma holders also welcome.

Based in MP, CG or Delhi NCR
Must be able to commute to field locations or office. Online Sales is remote-friendly.

Required for field apps, reporting tools, and WhatsApp coordination.

Freshers Welcome
You do not need prior work experience to apply. INIC runs a structured onboarding programme — every intern starts with a dedicated orientation covering our network, tools, and processes before going live.
You will be paired with a mentor from the relevant team who guides you through real tasks at a pace that builds genuine confidence. We do not throw interns into the deep end without support.

No. INIC provides all required tools and system access. You only need a smartphone with internet access for field apps and reporting.

Yes. Successful interns who demonstrate performance and commitment are absorbed directly into INIC's workforce — no fresh hiring round required. Depending on business expansion, you may be placed at various locations across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Delhi NCR to help grow and operate local service areas. Several of our current field and support staff started as interns.
Yes. You receive a formal offer letter before joining, and an INIC-issued experience certificate on successful completion. Top performers additionally receive a Letter of Recommendation.
