INIC Communications Private Limited ("INIC", "we", "our") is a licensed internet service provider headquartered at Nehru Nagar East, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh 490020, India. We operate the Instalinks broadband brand and the SD-WAN platform at sdwan.inic.in.

When you submit an enquiry form, request a product demo, or contact us, we collect: name, company name, email address, phone number, city, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment card details or Aadhaar numbers through our website.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, provide requested services, and — with your consent — send you updates about our products. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted from our active systems.
