2. Services

INIC Communications provides internet connectivity, network management tools, and related services to businesses and consumers in India under licences granted by the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use our services to transmit unlawful content, conduct cyberattacks, send unsolicited bulk communications, or violate any applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000 and the Telecommunications Act 2023.

4. Intellectual property

All content on inic.in — including text, graphics, software, and brand assets — is the property of INIC Communications Private Limited. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

INIC Communications is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or any linked third-party services. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service in the preceding 30 days.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
