AI-Powered
Network Operations
Monitor · Triage · Dispatch · Resolve · Notify
INIC operates a dedicated AI team that monitors the entire network 24×7, detects faults before customers notice, and coordinates field resolution automatically — giving our customers enterprise-grade uptime without enterprise-scale headcount.

An AI team running your ISP's NOC — not just software
Most ISPs react to faults after customers complain. INIC's AI team is designed to detect, triage, and resolve problems before a single customer is affected — by continuously analysing live telemetry from every device in the network.
This is not a third-party monitoring tool. Our AI team was built specifically for INIC's network operations — integrated with our own SYSLOG Monitor, DNS systems, WhatsApp API, and field dispatch workflows. It understands our network topology, our device inventory, and our resolution patterns.
The result: our network engineers work on solutions, not on manually checking dashboards. And our customers get uptime-backed service that's hard to match from any regional ISP.
How INIC is Different
✗ Traditional ISP
Customer calls → NOC checks → engineer dispatched → fix applied
✓ INIC with AI Operations
AI detects → AI triages → engineer dispatched with brief → fix applied → customer notified
The difference is detection before impact and context before dispatch — both enabled by AI working continuously on live data.
Why this matters for enterprise customers
If you're on an ILL or leased line, every minute of downtime costs your business. AI-backed operations means INIC is working on your uptime before you even know there's a problem.
The AI-Assisted Resolution Flow
From fault detection to customer notification — all in minutes, not hours.
01
Detect
AI spots anomaly in live network telemetry
02
Triage
Correlates, classifies severity & root cause
03
Dispatch
Sends field brief to engineer via WhatsApp
04
Resolve
Engineer acts with full context in hand
05
Notify
Customer receives resolution update automatically

What our AI operations team does
Six core functions running continuously on INIC's live network.
24×7 Autonomous Network Monitoring
Our AI team ingests live SYSLOG streams, SNMP traps, and latency signals from every node — OLTs, routers, and core switches — round the clock. It detects anomalies the moment they appear, not after a customer complaint.
AI-Assisted Fault Triage
When an alert fires, AI correlates it against historical patterns, affected devices, and impacted subscriber segments. It classifies severity, identifies probable root cause, and eliminates false positives — so engineers act on what matters.
Automated Field Dispatch
Once a fault is triaged, AI drafts the resolution brief and triggers field team dispatch via WhatsApp — with location, device details, and suggested fix. Engineers arrive knowing exactly what to fix, not just that something broke.
Proactive Customer Communication
Before customers call to complain, AI drafts and sends WhatsApp updates to affected subscribers — informing them of the issue, ETA for resolution, and closure confirmation. Zero manual effort, full transparency.
Capacity & Congestion Prediction
AI analyses bandwidth utilisation trends across all nodes and flags links approaching saturation — before they congest. Our network team gets actionable capacity alerts weeks ahead, not during peak-hour slowdowns.
SLA & Uptime Reporting
AI compiles daily and monthly SLA reports across enterprise clients — uptime percentage, incident count, MTTR, and resolution timeline — ready to share with customers as proof of service quality.
The tech stack powering AI operations
All in-house built, all running in production on INIC's own network.

About INIC's AI-powered network operations.
Does AI fully replace your human NOC engineers?
No — and that's intentional. Our AI team handles monitoring, pattern detection, triage, and communication drafts. Human engineers retain final decision authority on all escalations, field dispatch confirmations, and customer SLA matters. AI removes the noise so engineers can focus on resolution.
How does this improve uptime for my enterprise connection?
AI detects faults on the network within minutes of occurrence — before they escalate into full outages. Field teams are dispatched with a pre-analysed brief, reducing time spent diagnosing on-site. The combined effect is a significantly lower MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) compared to traditional reactive NOC models.
Will I receive notifications when there's a network issue affecting me?
Yes. Enterprise and ILL customers receive automatic WhatsApp updates at three stages: (1) when a fault is detected and being investigated, (2) when a field team is dispatched, and (3) when the issue is resolved. No need to call and chase status.
Is this AI system available to other ISPs?
The underlying components — SYSLOG Monitor and WhatsApp API Server — are available to other ISPs and enterprises. The AI operations layer itself is currently proprietary to INIC's own network. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What happens if the AI misclassifies a fault?
All AI-classified alerts above a defined severity threshold are reviewed by a human engineer before field dispatch. False positives are logged and used to continuously retrain the AI's classification model. The system improves with every incident.
