Common Questions
What bandwidth options are available?
We offer ILL from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps depending on your location and requirements. Bandwidth is symmetrical — upload and download speeds are equal.
What is the difference between ILL and broadband?
Broadband (like Instalinks plans) is shared bandwidth — multiple subscribers share the same pipe. ILL is dedicated — the full bandwidth is reserved exclusively for your organisation. ILL also comes with static IPs and an SLA.
What is the typical installation time?
7 to 21 working days from agreement signing, depending on the fiber route distance and civil work required. We communicate daily status during installation.
Is INIC a licensed ISP for ILL?
Yes. INIC Communications holds UL-VNO ISP Category B authorizations for the MP-CG Circle and Delhi NCR Circle, issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). Our ILL service is fully compliant and comes with a formal service agreement.
Do you support multi-location ILL?
Yes. We can deploy ILL to multiple locations in our licensed circles and configure them as a managed WAN — with MPLS-like routing or SD-WAN overlay if required.
