Managed ISP &
Network Operations

You built the network — or we built it for you. Either way, INIC takes over full operations: subscriber management, 24×7 NOC monitoring, billing integration, field support, and network expansion. You collect the revenue. We run everything else.

Scope of Operations

What INIC Manages for You

Everything from subscriber activation to network expansion — handled by the same team that has been running Instalinks broadband since 2004.

Subscriber Onboarding & Provisioning

We handle end-to-end subscriber activation — CPE configuration, RADIUS provisioning, VLAN assignment, and speed plan enforcement. New subscribers go live within hours, not days.

24×7 NOC Monitoring & Fault Management

Your network is monitored from our Bhilai NOC using our proprietary SYSLOG Monitor. Faults are detected proactively, tickets raised, and field teams dispatched — all before subscribers call in.

Billing Integration & Revenue Collection

We integrate with your billing platform (or recommend one) to automate plan renewals, suspension, and reactivation. Revenue flows to you — we handle the operational backend.

Network Expansion & Capacity Planning

As your subscriber base grows, we plan and execute network expansion — additional OLT ports, new splitter runs, backbone upgrades, and PoP additions — without disrupting live subscribers.

Field Support & Subscriber Complaints

First-level subscriber complaints are handled by our support team. Field visits for last-mile faults are coordinated through our field operations system — tracked, prioritised, and closed with SLA adherence.

DNS Firewall & Network Security

Subscriber traffic is protected via our in-house DNS Firewall — blocking malicious domains, enforcing content filtering policies, and logging queries for compliance. Deployed on the same infrastructure we use for our own NOC.

Engagement Models

Choose the Level of Involvement

Most Popular

Full Managed Operations

INIC operates the entire network on your behalf — subscriber management, billing backend, NOC, field support, and expansion. You focus on sales and collection. We run everything else.

Flexible

NOC-Only Management

Your team handles field operations and subscriber relations — INIC provides the 24×7 NOC layer, fault alerting, OLT monitoring, and monthly network health reports.

Post-FTTH

Post-FTTH Deployment Operations

A natural continuation of INIC's FTTH deployment service. Once we build your fiber network, we stay on to operate it — seamless handover from construction to live managed operations.

FAQ

Common Questions

Who owns the network infrastructure?

You do. INIC manages the operations on your behalf under a managed services agreement. The physical assets — OLT, fiber, cabinets — remain with you or the developer/society.

What happens when a subscriber has a complaint?

Subscribers call or WhatsApp our support number. Our team logs the complaint, runs remote diagnostics, and dispatches a field visit if needed. All complaints are tracked with resolution SLAs.

Can INIC handle ISP licensing for our network?

If you need internet service delivered under a licensed ISP, INIC can provide that under our own UL-VNO Category B authorizations for MP-CG and Delhi NCR — eliminating the need for you to obtain a separate ISP license.

How is billing handled?

We integrate with popular ISP billing platforms (Mikrotik, RADIUS-based, or third-party). Subscriber invoicing and renewal reminders are automated. Revenue is collected as per the commercial agreement.

Is there a minimum subscriber count?

We evaluate each engagement individually. We typically work with networks of 50+ subscribers, but can discuss smaller deployments in select geographies.

Have a network that needs a professional operations team?

Whether it's a newly deployed FTTH network, an existing broadband setup, or a housing society's internal network — INIC can take it over and run it for you.
